From the first communication with Carole I knew my wife and I were in great hands. She asked us our story which was very complicated with selling our house in the DC area and moving to Florida. She was in constant (but not overbearing) contact during every step of our move down. Carole and her teammate John were a constant fount of knowledge. The market is an absolute nightmare to navigate at the moment and if I had one piece of advice for a buyer or a seller it’s definitely use a realtor and not one of these faceless internet companies. Carole and John took great care at every step of the process to make sure we saw every option and found the home we wanted. Personalized service is hard to find these days, but I always felt like we were her only client at the time. I was shocked to find out she works with multiple clients at once because I felt like we had the whole Bayer group all to ourself. Carole and John are engrained members of this community, and it shows with their breadth of knowledge of market trends. Combine all of that knowledge, experience and impeccable attention to detail with the warmest personal touch you can find. In this market time was a key factor and Carole and John took us to well over 70 homes in various neighborhoods in the area. They Listen

My husband and I moved from Louisiana to Florida, so we had no knowledge of the area at all. We got lucky and met Carole and her son, John, at an open house while we were vacationing. They were very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods and the market. They really listened to what we were looking for in a home. When we returned to the area a few months later, I felt like we were their only clients. They tirelessly showed us many, many homes so we could feel comfortable making an offer. And even though the market is crazy right now, we never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. After getting our offer accepted, Carole guided us through every step of the process until we closed. She was extremely well-organized and followed through so we didn’t drop the ball on anything. She also provided us with some recommendations so that we wouldn’t have to start from scratch to find experienced painters, electricians, and interior designers. The people she recommended were wonderful! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone! Peace of Mind

One of the most difficult times in my life has been dealing with my aging Mom and her descent into dementia. When the time came to move her to assisted living and dispose of her estate one of my biggest fears was the looming prospect of having to sell her home. She had a reverse mortgage and frankly her place was not in good shape after years of cognitive decline.
I was very fortunate that Carole lived right down the street from my mom . She was a good neighbor and friend to her and I was grateful to talk to her about selling the home. She was very understanding of my timeline as I faced clearing the home almost entirely on my own. She also understood I really needed to go through this process of packing away my mother's life and digesting it emotionally and mentally.
Carole gave me peace of mind going into that terrible mission that at the end of it we were going to come out of it with the absolute best return we could to pay for my Mom's ongoing care. Knowing that made all those days sweating and crying in that empty house possible and I really really needed it.
And she was true to her word. Within 35 days of contract Mom's house sold.She was in contact throughout the process of 30 showings and 22 offers to find the buyer that fit my needs for an "as is" cash sale and a pretty tight deadline for closing once it went "live". 21 of those days were in "coming soon" as I cleared the house so the speed of the sale once we went live was pretty remarkable. She gave me the peace and space and support I needed while she dealt with the nuts and bolts. We got a great return and my family can rest easy knowing Mom will be cared for with no worries for years to come.
For me this was all personal. Buying or selling a home really is very personal. Carole understands that. I honestly don't think I can offer a more hearfelt recommendation than that. When Carole Bayer is your Realtor, it's personal.

Highly Recommended

Carole is a fabulous realtor. Very professional, excellent communication, and always prompt and ready to help when needed.

Since I was buying out-of-state, I was pressed for time to find a house. Carole went above and beyond -- and worked very long hours; if it was 10:30pm, she was on it and responding or coordinating for the next day.

Although I had met several realtors in Florida before meeting Carole, when I did meet Carole I knew right away that she was the realtor I had been looking for. And I'm so glad she and I were able to work together, because she and her son John were able to help me find my dream house. Thank you, Carole!

A realtor friend in MI recommended Carole to help us find a home in a 55+ community in Jacksonville FL. It was the best thing that could have happened. She helped us sort out the community that suited us best. After determining the model we would build she helped guide us to the perfect lot for our new home. She helped us deal with the builder to create the contract as we had never had a house built. Since we were out of state she was our monitor during the building process. At the completion of the build she and John made sure the house was to specification before taking us through an easier than anticipated closing.
